Questions that come up before a purchase

What happens when the licence ends?The installation keeps running and every capture stays readable and verifiable. Without a valid licence you cannot start new captures. Nothing forces you to renew.
Are the archives tied to Webichive?No. WARC and WACZ are open formats. The hash list and the timestamp token sit next to them as files and can be checked with standard tools.
How long does installation take?In our experience half a day with your IT team, where container hosting and storage already exist. The installation guide runs to 42 pages and you can read it beforehand.
Is there a trial?Yes, 30 days in your environment, full functionality, with a trial licence file. Captures made during the trial stay valid after purchase.
Are timestamps included in the price?Yes, within the stated volumes. If you hold your own contract with a trust service provider, you can enter it and settle there directly.
Invoicing for Austria and Germany?Invoiced by Knightify FlexCo in Vienna, in EUR, with VAT identification number, under the reverse charge procedure for businesses in Germany.
